We all went over the pub for a drink to celebrate her birthday, the pub was only around the corner from where we worked. The managers would often go to this pub as well as it had an upstairs which served food and cooked meals and was always plenty of room. The managers who did not know Maggie was a tea total bought her drinks with spirits in them and of course before long she became drunk. Trying to get her back to work was a great laugh because she firstly wanted to get a train back to the place where we worked which was as I said just round the corner as was the train station. After getting her back to work and rying to get her to drink water and tea and coffee, she decided she would climbing up on the desks and dance from one to the other. Although it was so funny we had to try to get her down before she fell and hurt herself, but this is one of the funniest stories I can remember and will never forget.
